National Transportation Planning & Capacity Building

Reconnecting Communities Institute - USDOT

Led 38+ hours of transportation planning technical assistance to 137 communities in 44 states. Managed a 16-person subcontractor network and 5 junior staff. Facilitated national working groups on highway caps & lids in Seattle and land use–transportation coordination in Long Beach.

About Me.

I've been creating and planning since I was a kid — drawn to how cities work and the design of its interconnections. Over time those instincts merged into a career that crosses disciplines and produces outputs at every scale.

I'm an AICP- and CPRP-certified planner with a Master's in City and Regional Planning from the University of Memphis. My work has spanned conservation land management and capital campaign strategy, zoning review and streetscape project implementation, and federal technical assistance programs at the national scale.

What I keep coming back to is the moment when a community sees itself reflected in the planning work — when the data, the design, and the story come together in a way that makes the path forward feel real. That's what I build toward in every project.
